- Starter: Stuffed goose neck, goose crackling with red onion
- Soup: Goose soup with homemade goose pasta
- Main courses: Goose leg with braised red cabbage and tray-baked potatoes; goose gizzard stew with dumplings

Boros Luca and Tóth László
Borsalino play during dinner. Well-known Latin, jazz and pop tunes in their own arrangement. Guitar, bongos and two voices — relaxed, a bit elegant.
DJ GABESZ takes over for the rest of the evening.
